Hopefully that link works. However when the 2 Great Americas were built, IL got The Lobster which was a Schwarzkopf Monster III, PGA got an Eylerly Monster that I guess is no longer there. It's come up for sale from a carnival operator on the west coast and there is just about the entire history of the ride in the description of that ad.
