Assorted Memories:
1) Everything is frozen. EVERYTHING you eat there is frozen. Pizza, Burritos, Enchiladas, Hot Dogs, Fries, Meat, ...
2) Most dangerous job in foods was preparing corn dogs. Very easy to burn your hands when you reach for a loose dog....
3) Slicing tomatoes using the meat slicer -- is an easy way to cut your finger off -- as happened once in Farmer's Market kitchen (to someone else).
4) It was great fun working cash control and wandering around the park at 3am.
5) No showing (and riding rides) on your last day of work, will cause you to be terminated.
6) Aptly named "Sticky Fingers" was the most common place for employee theft to take place -- everything was $1 (with tax).
I worked in:
1981-1982(partial) : Farmer's Market -- Chicken on a Bun and Jose's
1982 - 1983 -- cashier trainer for foods. $5 an hour and had to wear a tie.
1984 -- Cash control. Didn't show up my last day of work and got fired.

Re: Everything's Frozen & Other food memories
Interesting memories there! Seems strange, though, that everything was frozen. The pizza was somewhat famous for that. Otherwise, I never would have guessed that everything else, too, was frozen.
